Mydriasis of right pupil

Mydriasis means dilation of the pupil of the human eye. It is mediated by the dilator pupillae muscle , innervated by the sympathetic nerve from the ncl. Intermediolateralis at the interface of the cervical and thoracic spinal cord C8–Th1.
