Suprapiriform Foramen

The suprapiriform foramen (lat. foramen suprapiriforme) is bounded by the greater sciatic notch (incisura ischiadica major ossis coxae), the sacrotuberous ligament (ligamentum sacrotuberale) and piriform muscle (musculus piriformis).
