Diapedesis

Diapedesis of a neutrophil from a blood vessel attracted by proteolytic enzymes.

Diapedesis is the transfer of cells, most often leukocytes, through an intact vessel wall into the surrounding tissues. This process is mostly based on chemotaxis.
