Aschoff cells

Aschoff cells are histiocytic elements found around fibrinoid necrosis of Aschoff nodules in rheumatic endocarditis. Compared to Anichkov's cells, they are larger, can be multinucleated (1, 2 or 3 nuclei) and have basophilic cytoplasm.
