Bunsen burner with needle valve, the mandrel on the gas supply hose is on the left, on the opposite side there is a valve for regulating the gas supply. The air supply is adjusted by a rotating cap on the burner neck (above the mandrel)
The Bunsen burner is a gas burner in which the feed gas mixes with atmospheric oxygen . It is named after the German chemist RW Bunsen.

It is advisable to close the air supply before lighting the burner.
