Cellular Respiration
From WikiLectures
Cellular respiration (respiration) is a biochemical process in which the chemical energy of the bonds of organic compounds (typically carohydrates) is released to form a readily available energy source for the cell (ATP). Carbon dioxide (CO2) and water are produced as waste products of cellular respiration.
