- bony cuff formed by desmogenous ossification
- unchanged hyaline cartilagegrowing cartilage
- hypertrophic cartilage
- hypertrophic calcified cartilage
- vascular loops
- directional beams (calcified cartilage in the center, osteoblasts and osteoid on the surface)
- osteocytes in the bone matrix
- osteoclast
