Dentiogenesis imperfecta

Dentiogenesis imperfecta is a genetically based autosomal dominant disease in which the teeth are brown to gray-blue. The cause of the disease lies in the abnormal differentiation of odontoblasts, which produce insufficiently calcified dentin.
