Diarrhea can be characterized as frequent passing of loose, loose stools. This is a symptom with considerable subjective coloring. Diarrhea is a common symptom of various disorders of the digestive system. Diarrheal diseases are the cause of up to 20 million deaths per year in the world, and young children are most at risk.[1]
