Erythropenia

Erythropenia (erythrocytopenia) is a decrease in the number of red blood cells below physiological levels. The number of erythrocytes in men is 4.3–5.3 × 10¹²/l of blood, in women 3.8–4.8 × 10¹²/l of blood.
