Extensor digitorum longus muscle

Origin: condylus lateralis tibiae, fibula, membrana interossea cruris.
Insertion: dorsal aponeurosis (2nd-5th toe), base of little metatarsus.
Innervation: n. fibularis profundus (L4−S1).
Function: pronation, dorsiflexion of the leg, extension of the toes.
