English: What are AVRT & AVNRT? AVRT stands for atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, which is a fast heart rate that results from an accessory electrical pathway in the heart. AVNRT stands for atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia, and results from a reentrant circuit that's in or near the AV node. This video covers the pathophysiology, important clinical signs, and treatment for AVRT & AVNRT.
