Ganser's syndrome is a dim state that belongs to the qualitative disorders of lucidity . This is a psychogenically induced state in difficult situations (e.g. in custody - hence the name prison psychosis ). include Symptoms : grossly false but reasonable answers to questions, infantile speech, and lapses in memory of basic life events.[1] on the EEG It does not show any specific changes.[2] Example: the patient barks instead of greeting.
