Deleting articles is an activity reserved for administrators for security reasons. Editors and regular users can request deletion of a page by inserting a template {{Delete}} into an article (insert {{Delete|reason for deletion.}}). You can then explain in more detail why you want to delete the article on the talk page.
For example
{{Delete|There is a typo in the title of the article, the article has been moved.}}
