Misce ut fiat unguentum.
Da ad ollam.
Signa Externally, lubricate the affected areas in the morning and evening.
Unguentum simplex is a prepared mixture of stabilised pork fat (adeps suillus and propylis gallas) dissolved in ethanol, with the addition of bleached beeswax (cera alba) and cetylalcohol.

Salicylic acid is keratoplastic at concentrations of 1-5%, while at 10% it is keratolytic.
