  • Central axillary lymph node
  • Interpectoral axillary lymph node
  • Apical axillary lymph node

Lymphatics of lung[edit | edit source]

Right lung lymphatics from all lobes drain into pulmonary and bronchi pulmonary nodes, which then enters inferior tracheobronchial node, right superior tracheobiochial nodes and right parastrachial nodes.

Left lung lymphatics however, has different destinations for the lobes. Superior lobe drains to pulmonary and bronchi pulmonary nodes, inferior tracheobrhonchial nodes, left superior tracheobronchial nodes, left paratracheal nodes and/ or node of ligamentum arteriosum. The left inferior lobe also drains into pulmonary and bronchopulmonary nodes and to inferior tracheobronchial nodes, then mostly to right superior tracheobronchial nodes.

  • Right and left paratracheal lymph nodes
  • Right and left superior tracheobronchial lymph nodes
  • Inferior tracheobronchial lymph nodes
  • Pulmonary lymph node
  • Bronchopulmonary lymph node
