Lymphocytopenia

Lymphocytopenia or lymphopenia is a decrease in the number of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood below a physiological limit. In the blood of a healthy adult, lymphocytes make up 24-40% of the total number of white blood cells, in children this number is higher.
