Occupational vasoneurosis
From WikiLectures
Professional vasoneurosis occurs during long-term work with vibrating machines (pneumatic hammers, jackhammers, grinders, chainsaws).
- under the arterial muscle hypertrophy of the arteries of the fingers, vasospasm is more easily formed
- at work (especially in the cold + humidity) whitening of the fingers + painful paresthesias
- exceptionally skin trophic changes
- sometimes combined with oppression in the upper thoracic aperture / SKK
- muscles and bones can also be affected by vibrations
- the difficulty is alleviated with the termination of the risky work
