PASP

From WikiLectures

PASP stands for systolic pulmonary artery pressure (Pulmonary Artery Pressure Systolic). We estimate this pressure by echocardiography from the sum of the peak regurgitation gradient on the tricuspid valve and the right atrial pressure. Elevated values (above 35 mmHg ) occur in pulmonary hypertension.
