Pancoast tumor

Pancoast tumor is a form of peripheal bronchogenic carcinoma, that grows from the lung tip into the retroclavicular space, where it can affect the nerve plexuses.
Typical symptoms are:
- upper limb and shoulder pain of the affected side
- Horner's syndrome (Horner's trias).
