Pimping
Pimping (§189 Criminal Code) is committed by anyone who "forces, bargains, hires, entices, or seduces another to engage in prostitution, or who takes the proceeds of prostitution conducted by another, shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months to 4 years" .
- Prostitution endangering the moral development of children
This crime (§ 190 Criminal Code) is committed by anyone who "operates prostitution in the vicinity of a school, school, or other similar facility, or a place that is reserved or intended for the stay or visit of children" . The rate is up to 2 years imprisonment.
Also the person who "organises, guards, or otherwise ensures the operation of prostitution in the vicinity of a school, school, or other similar facility, or a place that is reserved or intended for the stay or visit of children." The rate is up to 3 years imprisonment
