Pyospermia

Pyospermia is the presence of an increased number of leukocytes (more than 106 in 1 ml[1]) or pus in ejaculate.[2][3] This is a pathological finding that may be the cause of infertility, or points to inflammation of the prostate or urinary tract. Diagnosis using spermiogram.
