Sézary disease

Sézary disease is a leukemic form of Mycosis fungoides with concomitant erythroderma, generalized lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly. Clinically, there is red-purple discoloration of the skin, scaling of the entire skin to loss of nails and alopecia, and persistent pruritus.
