Talipomanus

- longitudinal defect of the radius (partial or complete)
- varus deviation of the hand at the wrist, limitation of movement at the wrist and elbow
- defect associated with malformation of the thumb (hypoplasia and aplasia), defects of the heart, kidneys and especially thrombocytopenia
- therapy: straightening orthoses (affecting the varus of the hand), later surgery (displacement of the distal end of the ulna to the center of the wrist / replacement of the missing radius with a bone graft)[1]
