Trigonum scalenovertebrale is a topographic formation in the neck region from the regio cervicalis lateralis group.

  • v. subclavia - connection with internal jugular vein
  • a. subclavia - gives off most of its branches here
  • ductus thoracicus - its final section, which turns from back to front and opens here into the angulus venosus sinister (left)
  • angulus venosus sinister, dexter
  • truncus brachiocephalicus - on the right side
  • ductus lymphaticus dexter
  • n. vagus - goes in the groove between the common carotid artery and the internal jugular vein and later is placed between the subclavian artery and vein
  • n. phrenicus - laterally from the vagus nerve
  • truncus sympathicus - located deepest and most medially, taken into the lamina profunda fasciae cervicalis
  • ganglion stellatum - located in front of the vertebral artery and above the first rib
