Dermorespiratory syndrome
From WikiLectures
The occurrence of atopic eczema together with asthma is common - up to 30% of children and 50% of adults with atopic eczema have asthma at the same time.
To influence skin and respiratory symptoms, we administer systemic therapy with oral corticoids , antileukotrienes and antihistamines . However, most treatments for both diseases (atopic eczema, allergic rhinitis and asthma) are for local application.
